Around 2008 during my pilebutt apprenticeship, I climbed the leads to instal a mandril for driven grout piles. This is something the piledrivers at our company do on a daily basis. We climb anywhere from 20' too 180'. I am no longer a Piledriver, I switched my books and became a crane operator.... but i still enjoy the occasional climb.
