It is advised to create a timetable and study after. A timetable improves efficiency and helps cover all your syllabus in time and you get sufficient time to revise. It helps avoid the feelings of discouragement, anxiety and panic. Instead, the student feels more confident to take on the pressure of exams. However, a few factors need to be taken into account when creating a schedule:

Have an Early Start: Even though many people prefer to study at night, early morning studies are still important. The human brain often wakes up feeling more alert after a restful night of sleep. The mind will be attentive to new knowledge without fatigue.
Strategy: When studying, a good plan is essential. A successful strategic plan makes it easier to evaluate the progress that has been accomplished.
Individualisation: Since each student has skills and shortcomings, they are not all required to study according to the same routine. Your study schedule should reflect your needs and priorities. You must work on improving your weak points. For instance, if you are strong in English but weak in Mathematics, you should emphasise Mathematics.
Avoid taking pressure: It's a good idea to dedicate at least 6 hours a week to studying outside of school. Furthermore, you are not required to study nonstop. When studying at frequent enough intervals, it helps to keep interest without exhausting the intellect.
Syllabus: It's critical to understand the curriculum and create a schedule for all of the areas that are covered.
