The Thread the Needle Stretch is a simple, effective, and easy stretch to do with no equipment needed.
If you suffer from text next, upper cross syndrome, or just stiff shoulders in general, this is a good stretch to start with. A must for those who spend massive amounts of time on their computer, in a seated position, or on their phone.
Aim to do this stretch daily for 1-2 minutes on each side.
