🥣 Suji Apple Porridge Recipe (For Babies)
Ingredients:
Suji (Rava / Semolina) – 2 tbsp
Ghee – ½ tsp
Water – 1 cup (or as needed)
Apple – 1 small 1 dates (peeled,grind and make pureed )
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan and add suji. Roast it on low flame till it turns light golden
Add water and apple date puree
Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes until apple & suji becomes soft
Cool and serve:
Allow it to cool to a warm temperature before feeding the baby
Make sure the porridge consistency is smooth and easy to swallow.
