4. PUBLIC HEARINGS:
--- a. SeniorsPlus has submitted a development review application for the construction of a new 11,900 sf building in order to expand their existing services, including a kitchen for the serving and distribution of meals, office space, and classroom space for seniors, on a 1.28-acre parcel at 14 Mollison Way. They are requesting to continue this item to a future meeting.
--- b. Maine MILL has submitted a development review application for the development of a museum including refurbishment of an existing 8,167 sf building and 3,153 sf addition on a 2.14 acre parcel at 1 Beech Street. They are requesting to continue this item to a future meeting.
--- c. SA & NA, LLC and A&T Trust, LLC have submitted a reexamination and re-approval request for Phase 2 of the Sanctuary Estates Subdivision which includes the remaining 14 lots on 60.2 acres located at 131 Hogan Road.
--- d. Continental Mill, LLC has submitted a development review application for the redevelopment of the Continental Mill at 2 Cedar Street, including the creation of 377 new dwelling units, 20,000 square feet of commercial office space, 20,000 square feet of light industrial space, and 5,000 square feet of restaurant space, all within existing structures.
--- e. JJ & L II LLC and J &AH, LLC have submitted a development review application for the conversion of 145 Lisbon Street (The Professional Building) into 20 residential units and 2 commercial units.
5. OTHER BUSINESS:
--- a. Polylabs, the owner of 745 Webster Street (Lot 16) & 765 Webster Street (Lot 17) of the Lewiston Industrial Park, has submitted a subdivision amendment to adjust the lot line between lots 16 & 17 of the existing subdivision.
6. READING OF THE MINUTES: Motion to adopt the May 13, 2024 draft minutes.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The June 24, 2024 meeting is cancelled. The next scheduled Planning Board meeting is Monday, July 8, 2024.
