這次我們來到泰國清邁，遠離古城區的喧囂，深入山區探訪一個充滿故事的地方——阿卡族經營的咖啡工廠。

阿卡族是泰北地區主要的少數民族之一，過去的生活相對困苦。影片將詳細介紹從 1970 年代，他們如何在中 [華民] 國政府的協助下，從罌粟轉型種植茶葉，直到 90 年代開始發展咖啡產業，最終成功脫貧，讓泰北咖啡豆走向國際。這趟旅程不僅是一次清邁旅遊的咖啡探索，更是深入了解在地文化與歷史。

在工廠裡，我們親身體驗了從生豆到烘焙機的完整流程，雖然錯過了烘豆時間，但濃郁的咖啡香氣撲鼻而來。重點是，我們品嚐了讓所有人都驚豔的 Dirty Coffee（冰牛奶加上濃縮 Espresso）。它之所以叫 "Dirty"，是因為深色的 Espresso 像把白色的牛奶「弄髒」了。別忘了，我們也試了清爽的 C Blue 冰滴咖啡！如果你想尋找一個清邁隱藏版、又富有深度意義的景點，這個阿卡族咖啡工廠絕對是你的泰國旅行必去清單！你買的每一包豆子，都是對當地農民最直接的支持。

This time, we ventured out of the bustling old city of Chiang Mai, Thailand, and deep into the mountains to visit a place rich with history: a coffee factory run by the Akha tribe. The Akha people are one of the main minority groups in Northern Thailand, and their past was relatively impoverished.

The video details the inspiring story of how, starting in the 1970s (with assistance from the Republic of China government), the community transitioned from opium cultivation to growing tea, and later, in the '90s, successfully developed a sustainable coffee industry. This shift ultimately helped the Akha achieve poverty alleviation, enabling their Northern Thai coffee beans to gain international recognition. This journey is more than just a Chiang Mai trip; it’s a deep dive into local culture and history.

At the factory, we experienced the entire process, from green beans to the roasting machine. Although we missed the actual roasting time, the rich aroma of coffee filled the air. Crucially, we sampled the much-lauded Dirty Coffee (iced milk topped with concentrated Espresso). It’s called "Dirty" because the dark Espresso appears to "dirty" the pristine white milk. Don't worry, we also tried the refreshing C Blue Cold Brew!
