I was about to go to sleep, but I had one more truth to say.
This video is for the days where you’re trying — or not trying — and everything still feels heavy.
Some days I’m positive. Some days I’m not. Some days, it doesn’t matter what I tell myself — it just doesn’t feel good.
And I think that’s okay. I think those days get to exist too.
But I also believe trying every day does something. It might not fix everything, but it moves you. It teaches you. It makes life feel a little more yours.
Trying is hard. But it’s worth it. And even if life sucks right now… that doesn’t mean it always will.
You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep going in your own way.
