Volunteering with the Arizona Trail Association PT.2 | AZ Trail Passage 23 | Mazatzal Divide Trail

I had another amazing experience volunteering with the Arizona Trail Association doing trail work on AZ Trail Passage 23! This time we work on the Mazatzal Divide Trail portion of the AZT. We got so much done out there that I needed to split this video into 2 parts! We did a bunch of brushing and some intensive trail bed work in rough sections.

On this trip we got to spend another 4 days among the beautiful Mazatzal mountains fixing up parts of the trail that needed some love. Over the course of this weekend work project, we repaired around 4 miles of passage 23 of the Arizona Trail. This video hopes to showcase how this hard work is accomplished and aims to inspire others to come out and join in on the fun of giving back to this amazing trail!

Long-distance trails like the Arizona Trail would be impossible to build and upkeep if it weren't for the diligent work of volunteers. Please give back to this amazing trail either with your time or financially through the links below. I encourage you to get involved! It really is a ton of fun!
