Anthony (Tony) Robbins interviews Leo Buscaglia - Great Books On Tape. Love

Back in the early 90s, Tony (Anthony) Robbins would put out Powertalk audiotapes that focused on a certain subject. Each Powertalk had two cassette tapes. Tape 1 would have a lesson about the subject while in Tape 2, Tony (who is a very good interviewer) would interview a specialist on the subject. This 'Great Book on Tape' contains the interview portion.

In January 1993, the title of Powertalk was Where Love Begins. For the interview portion Anthony Robbins spoke with Leo Buscaglia who was a beloved writer and lecturer in his day. His books were bestsellers and his lectures were sold out and at times shown on PBS. After each lecture Dr. Buscaglia would come off the stage and give a hug to anyone who wanted one (back in the good old days). In this interview Leo discusses his history, family, experiences, and gives insights about love. It’s a wonderful, insightful, and smile inducing discussion. Enjoy!

P.S. Sadly, Leo passed away 5 years after this interview at age 74. However, he did a lot of good while he was here. RIP and Thank You.

P.P.S. In a May 12, 1984 Peanuts comic strip, the character Snoopy is seen strolling towards Charlie Brown and Sally, to whom he gives big hugs. Afterwards, Charlie Brown explains their dog's actions to his puzzled sister: "You can always tell when he's been listening to Leo Buscaglia tapes."
