Mango Falooda Lite
You know those faloodas from the store? One glass can pack up to 500 calories and a shocking 45–60g of sugar — that’s like 10–12 teaspoons!

Per serving :
Calories: ~202 kcal | Protein: ~5.15 g | Fat: ~5.35 g | Carbs: ~29.9 g | Fiber: ~3 g | Sugar (natural): ~20.7 g
Ingredients: (Makes 2 servings)
• Low-fat milk – 400 ml (chilled)
• Mango – 1 medium (half pureed, half diced)
• Sabja seeds – 1 tbsp (soaked in water for 10–15 mins)
• Semiya (vermicelli) – 1 tbsp (cooked and cooled)
• Pistachios – 4 (chopped)
• Almonds – 2 (sliced)
• Monk fruit sweetener – 1 tsp (or to taste)
Instructions:
1. Soak sabja seeds in water and let them bloom for 10–15 minutes.
2. Cook semiya in water until soft, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
3. Prepare the mango: Puree half the mango and dice the other half into small chunks.
4. Assemble the falooda in two glasses, Top with mango chunks, chopped pistachios, and almond slivers.
5. Chill for a bit or serve immediately!
