This is a very simple sock construction. No Kitchener stitch or complicated technique. We want the side seams as flat as possible. I think this is called Bickford seam. I see people have different ways of doing the flat Bickford seam. It is not hard but you need good lighting to see these small stitches.
The cuff ribbing is done by hand and finished with a stretchy bind off. There are many other ways to do it but this is one of the easiest and most straightforward methods. In the future, I will have videos on tubular knit socks on a knitting machine with a ribber and other ways of sock construction.
