We travel the full length of the Okeechobee Waterway from East on our 32 foot sailboat. We are delivering our sailboat to the new owner who lives in Bradenton, FL.
Starting off in Stuart, we'll go through 5 locks, under the (scary) Port Macaya Railroad Lift Bridge, and across the EXTREMELY shallow Lake Okeechobee.
It's ICW style travel again as we cross the entire state of Florida on a sailboat. It sounds kinda crazy when you think about it like that.
