On Wesak Day 2020, may i share my chanting of 《Metta from a distance》to my teachers, families and friends and especially that that is enduring and fighting for their safety and survival amidst the pandemic. We pray and work together, with Metta uniting us in our heart, toward a safe and bright tomorrow.

2020，隔离成了人们的自律。觉得这新常态却让人与人之间的距离更靠近，彼此之间多了互动和关心，了解和体谅。灾难让我们重新启动自己的力量，原来我们可以更强。重要的是强悍的心力和身体须种下慈爱为其本质，让它逐日增长成一颗大树。但慈爱的森林布满世界，相信人们本有的洪福相信会因应而生。一首≪隔离间的慈爱≫，配上一张张慈爱而生的笑容，感恩我的导师，家人，亲戚和朋友，祝福世界慈悲光明普照，災消安乐无恼。
