On day 7 we Cruised through the Bay of Islands' calm waters on the purpose-built dolphin and whale watching catamaran. we cruised past the islands and looked out for dolphins, whales and other marine life. We travelled out to the Cape Brett and the majestic Hole in the Rock. The skipper had to navigate through the narrow space and we admired the rock walls soaring above us. During our cruise we also stopped off at glorious Otehei Bay on Urupukapuka Island, the largest island in the Bay. We relaxed by the white sand beach and took a short walk up the hill for panoramic views across the Bay of Islands.
