Silingan Coffee is a humble café in the Philippines that supports human rights victims in the country. It was founded by Redemptorist Brother Jun Santiago and serves as a platform dedicated to the victims and families of extrajudicial killings (EJK). The staff are all directly or were somewhat affected by the controversial war on drugs campaign which happened between 2016-2022.
We sat down and talked to the hardworking staff to talk about their purpose and their stories.
