Adding a FreePower Charging Unit with the TITAN CNC Router

A CNC machine is required by FreePower to do this type of work. The TITAN CNC Router, with its easy operation and precision machining, is the perfect solution for milling out the FreePower pocket.

To do this work on the TITAN you just need the proper tooling – a 50mm gauge wheel for roughing and a vacuum brazed bit for finishing . Then you load the part, just like you normally would, just make sure to add a vacuum pod directly underneath where the pocket will be for additional support. The TITAN can mill the pocket out as fast as the tooling can handle.
