📍 路线 Route：塔钦 Tarchen → 经幡广场 → 曲古寺 Chuku Gompa → 止热寺 Dirapuk Monastery
🚶 全程 Distance：冈仁波齐转山 52 公里 (52 km Kora around Mount Kailash)
冈仁波齐，海拔 6638 米，
被四大宗教共同尊为圣山。
在这里，朝圣者绕山而行，
相信能洗净一生的罪与苦。
这一集，
记录我转山的第一天。
途中，我遇见了磕长头的朝圣者、风中的经幡，
也遇见了自己的极限。
或许，这就是神山给我的第一课——
一切，都不是理所当然。
Mount Kailash, standing 6,638 meters high,
is revered as a sacred mountain by four religions.
Here, pilgrims walk around it in faith,
believing the journey can wash away a lifetime of suffering.
This episode begins with the only drone shot of my journey —
the moment before my drone fell silent.
On the first day of the Kora, I met pilgrims prostrating along the trail,
prayer flags fluttering in the wind, and the limits of my own body.
Perhaps this is the first lesson the sacred mountain taught me —
nothing in this world is taken for granted.
