The larger of the two homes stood tall but required major interior updates to bring it back to life.

First Floor: Originally dark and outdated, the kitchen, dining, and living room areas needed complete remodeling, from flooring and wall repairs to modernizing fixtures and layouts.
Second Floor: The two bedrooms and shared bathroom had worn-out finishes, requiring fresh paint, new flooring, and a full bathroom renovation.
Third Floor: The master bedroom, though spacious, felt neglected and needed a full redesign, including a custom walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom to transform it into a true retreat.


The Two-Story Townhouse – A Structural and Cosmetic Challenge
The second home, though slightly smaller, also demanded extensive repairs and rework to restore its charm.

First Floor: The kitchen was in disrepair, with a hidden spacious area, and a pantry. A new restroom was added to enhance functionality, while the living and dining areas needed significant refinishing to bring warmth and elegance back into the space.
Second Floor: The two bedrooms required serious renovations, including wall repairs, flooring replacements, and updated furniture.
Breathing New Life into Old Spaces
Both townhouses required a mix of restoration and modernization, balancing their classic English townhouse charm with contemporary design elements. From repairing structural damage to choosing the perfect finishes, this project was a labor of love—transforming two neglected homes into stunning, livable spaces once again."
