As a Hudson is to a New York Central fan or a K4 is to a Pennslyvania Railroad fan, the G5 is to a Long Island Rail Road fan. A special thanks to Bob from Bob's O Gauge Trains (Link Below), if it wasn't for him, this engine wouldn't be in my collection today. Only made a handful of times in O Scale, the G5 was the quintessential steam locomotive on Long Island during its heyday.
