Today we light the candle of Hope. What a beautiful and promising way to begin Advent. "Incarnation" is a word that means that God's presence came to dwell among all people, and we believe this happened in a special way in the birth of Jesus. All creation has been imbued with the Creator's brilliance. This season we will remember the call to shine with a Holy Light. Today we look at the gift of our time. We read scriptures which ask us to wake up and be aware, to treat our time as sacred and see the presence of Christ as it is already with us.
