On cold & damp Vancouver night at a Lou Reed tribute concert in the Princeton Pub, Lulu Perry had been scheduled to sing ‘Heroin’… but the pub pulled the plug on Lulu with their 'not 19, no drinking & no performing' rule … so Lulu grabbed herself a blanket, got some candles & set up outside on the sidewalk ... lulu then did an entire set of songs as her frozen fingers banged away & she howled ‘Heroin’ to the frozen & enchanted moon overhead.
