健康免油炸烤薯條的做法:
材料:
土豆(黄皮土豆口感比较好)
盐
醋
橄榄油
香料 (依照个人喜好 - 黑胡椒,荷兰芹,综合香料,酸粉,海苔粉)
小贴士:
1) 加醋是为了防止切好的薯条变黑。
2) 薯条晾的越干,口感就越脆。
3) 每个家庭的烤箱不同,需要观察烤的程度以免烤焦。
Healthy baked potato fries recipe:
Ingredients:
potato
salt
vinegar
vegetable oil
herbs of choice (black pepper, parsley, oregano, Italian mixed herbs, garlic powder, seaweed powder, etc)
tips:
1) add vinegar/lemon to the cut potatoes to prevent oxidation (browning).
2) dry the cooked potato sticks thoroughly for crispiness.
3) baking time is different for different oven, watch the baking process to avoid over baked.
