Chef Alexandre Silva designed a 10-course menu focused on fish and seafood, and chef Rasmus Munk accompanied him with three of his signature dishes: Space Cake with caviar, Andy Warhol, and Portuguese Kiss, a reinterpretation of one of the star dishes of The Alchemist developed around the national flavors that he had the opportunity to taste.
