Estos son los comandos que fueron utilizados, así puedes copiarlos desde aquí en lugar de copiarlos mirando el video :)
wsl.exe --install
bcdedit /enum | findstr -i hypervisorlaunchtype
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype Auto
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-Linux /all /norestart
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:VirtualMachinePlatform /all /norestart
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName VirtualMachinePlatform -NoRestart
wsl --install -d ubuntu
