ER Twin Birth Scene vs Real Life – Labor Nurse Reacts!

This, for me, will always be the tv medical drama birth scene of all birth scenes. Because the TV Show ER was my first love of medical dramas. The OG accurate medical show.

This is of course the episode where Carol gives birth to her twins - yes her and DOUG's twins. Le sigh. This one is really intense and goes through a birth in the ER, a precipitous birth at that. And then also shows a realistic twin birth, shows Twin B causing a rucus on the fetal heart monitor and also goes over cord prolapse and a STAT c-section for an obstetrical emergency.

What I love most about it is is shows the reality of how isolating being a new mom is - and how much further being a single mom, to newborn twins, can really feel like you are alone on this earth with those new babies.

I hope you like this one...I loved this show so much.
