Monica Sementilli and Lover Planned the Death of Her Husband: Witness

Christopher Austin, one of the people arrested for the death of Fabio Sementilli, took the stand Tuesday. He detailed the day of the murder and what he and Robert Baker did to Fabio Sementilli. He also recalled the time after he was arrested for the murder and told detectives that Baker and “the woman he was messing with were involved.” Austin also said that Baker told him Monica “was loaded and she wanted him gone and she was going to get paid.”
