MSK Pelletizer RP-32D
OKP(光学用ポリエステル樹脂)粉砕材をリペレットした事例です。
This is an example of pelletizing crushed material OKP Optical Plastic.
樹脂軟化点より低い 205℃前後で再ペレットしている様子です。
It seems that pellets are re-pelletized at around 205°C, which is lower than the softening point of the resin.
変色を防止するために窒素封入して酸素を追い出します。
To prevent discoloration, nitrogen is introduced to displace oxygen from the system.
Renewable resin: PE PEEK PP PS ABS PMMA PA6 PA66 POM PBT PPS LCP and others. (Many case videos have been uploaded)
We do have customer running Glass Fiber up to 60%
Metal powder can also!
Water-free repelletizer (three-phase 380V air-cooled)
2-barrel machine 2 different types of resin can be regenerated at the same time.
Capacity: 5 to 10 kg / hr (Per barrel) Total 10 to 20 kg / hr
Adjustable pellets (diameter 1 mm to 3 mm, grain length 1.5 mm to 5 mm)
