This was an exquisite experience and showcases why Taiwanese and East Asian carriers are at the top when it comes to premium flight experiences. The seat was a very private and comfortable reverse herringbone seat with direct aisle access. In bed mode, it was exceptionally comfy. Service was very hospitable with crew always checking in on you. The lounge experience in Taipei was solid with a tasty noodle bar. But where the flight shined was with the dining options. Departing Taipei, you can choose an exclusive dinner prepared by a 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Taipei. On this flight it was a delicious Seafood Rice Noodle Soup. Beyond dinner, there were so many drink options from cocktails to boba to teas and fresh fruit juices. Wagyu burger for snack and homey congee for breakfast just elevated the experience.
