Material List:
Hoop (i.e., Bangle Bracelet)
Fabric (Ribbon, Lace, Suede Etc.)
Hot Glue or Super Glue
Scissors
Beads
Feathers, or Fun Fabric
Chain
String
Steps:
Step 1: Wrap Hoop in Suede
Step 2: String Around Hoop
Step 3: String Around String
Step 4: Add Bead to Pattern
Step 5: Tie Knot
Step 6: Add Feather or Fabric
Step 7: Add Chain
