The trek to Indrahar Pass starts in Mcleodganj, a cozy town outside Dharamshala. The trail is gradual for most of the way, but the climb at the end is intense. The route passes by famous spots like Triund, Laka Glacier, and Lahesh Caves. From the top, you can see the Indian plains to the south and the Mani Mahesh Kailash peak and Pir Panjal Range to the north.
The best time to visit is May, June, September, and October. The monsoons are not recomended because the weather can change quickly and conditions can be harsh and risky.
