One thing I really admire about Minecraft is the fact that it has historical patches saved for you to be able to go back and play the game in its older states. Off the top of my head, I can't think of any other games with that feature. We all have nostalgic feelings about different times in our lives, and recently I've been extremely nostalgic for the times where I was just discovering the massive world of Minecraft - back in the early days of the game's development. So, with the motivation to play and rediscover the roots of Minecraft, and my ever-present passion of teaching and spreading knowledge, I decided to create this Let's Play series, where I play Minecraft Alpha and explore the multitude of changes made to the game over its 10+ year history.
