करणी माता का मन्दिर एक प्रसिद्ध हिन्दू मन्दिर है जो राजस्थान के बीकानेर जिले में स्थित है। इसमें देवी करणी माता की मूर्ति स्थापित है। यह मन्दिर चूहों का मन्दिर भी कहलाया जाता है। मन्दिर मुख्यतः काले चूहों के लिए प्रसिद्ध है।

इस मन्दिर का निर्माण बीकानेर के महाराजा गंगा सिंह ने राजपूतीऔर मुगली शैली में लगभग १५-२०वीं सदी में करवाया था। मन्दिर के सामने महाराजा गंगा सिंह ने चांदी के दरवाजे भी बनाए थे।
