Have a track that shifts the BPM up or down? You can set the beat grid to match so you can use sync, quantized hot cues, etc. when playing it.
Pulse, from Pioneer's customer service team, did a similar video a while back. This video is updated for Rekordbox 6, and the process is the same for Rekordbox 5, etc.
