200g Pumpkin 南瓜
20g Dried Shrimps 虾米
3 Chinese Mushrooms 香菇
1 Chinese Sausage 腊肠
250g Pork Belly 五花肉
3 Pips Garlic 蒜瓣
650ml Water 清水
2 Star Anise 八角
80g Shallot 小红葱
Dash Of Scallions 青葱

1 Tsp Salt 盐
2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
½ Tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 Tsp Dark Soy Sauce 老抽
