In this video, we will cover the Gq pathway of the G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The Gq pathway is very important to understand, as it mediates many intracellular cascades in neurons and other types of cells. Through this discussion, we will discuss protein kinase C (PKC) and calcium-calmodulin dependent kinase (CaMK), which are 2 very important kinases in the body.
