Hello, and welcome to this trip report. I'm happy you made it to my channel, you'll find all the necessary information down below, about this flight. I feel like United Airlines offers a good economy class product among it's North American competitors. The seats are comfortable, food is a hit or miss, the crew is always friendly but they lack some sort of detail that would stand out from the crowd of airlines. For example elevating the meal service, adding a hot towel, or maybe a small amenity kit. I have no doubts that United is trying to innovate new technologies, like their SAF fuel or even the pillow.
