I've been listening to Novo Amor's songs on repeat since her passing while laying on my bed staring in the ceiling and wondering how the fuck is she gone.

Honestly, This was a predicted death. We all knew what happend to Kassy in 2017, and we knew that she was getting worser, and although it hurts a lot, Euthanasia was the last remaining option for her.

I have been watching everyday my SWO footages from Jan. 2024, especially a clip where trainers interact with her, and when she slide out by herself and pick out her tongue, and tbh I don't even believe she's not there until reality hits and I remember she's gone.

Tina deserved a long edit with this song. Round Lake genuenly makes me feel nostalgic while simultaneously it breaks my soul and this is the exact feeling I have since she left us on the 21st.

Tina was such an awesome whale. Everything about her existence felt like a lighthouse to me, and even though I never showed my love towards her, she has always been a part of my soul.

Sometimes I imagine her calfs saying to her in heaven "Welcome back, Mom" and that simple thought makes my heart sink. I'm not ready to see the trainers talking about the 'Matriarch Nalani', the 'family of four whales' and 'the oldest orca at our care, Trua'. It feels so strange, like something is missing in Orlando.

Farewell, Queen of SWO, Katina. May you rest in peace with Kalina, Unna and all of ur babies who left Earth. I will carry your name deeply in my soul like a carved heartbeat, and remember the 'purest' soul Orlando has ever had, Sweet Tina ❦
