High Speed All Geared Lathe Machine (Model – HST51/1000) – Bhavya Machine Tools

The High Speed All Geared Lathe Machine (Model – HST51/1000) has distance between centres 1000mm & swing over bed of 510mm. The All Geared Lathe Machine has a spindle speed range 12/25-1600RPM & Spindle Bore size 80mm. This Lathe Machine is a one-piece solid cast iron machine base that makes the machine structure more rigid and durable. This HST80/2000 has an induction hardened bed for high performance and also has a lead screw guard for the protection. The high-speed lathe machine features a foot brake for emergency stops requirement for operations. The All Geared Lathe HST80/2000 machine is fully geared operated. The panel of the lathe machine consists of speed and feed control box. Along with the metric, imperial, DP & module thread range is also present. There is a safety guard for the chuck to repair any damaged tool and also when the guard is open the chuck stops automatically. There is also a safety guard for the tool post for various preventions. The apron of HT66 machine comprises of various features. The longitudinal and cross feeds have auto feeding facilities. It also has the rapid movement feature for the apron that is been motorized. The tool post is made of great quality material and is user friendly.

It is due to this reason the HST 51/1000 machines give precision in heavy-duty. It has micro feed adjustments to tackle very precision and delicate works. The tool post also has the option for the user to rotate for various operations on the job. There is a rear splash guard that comes as an optional attachment with the machine and helps in collecting waste materials in the job. The tail stock quill has a diameter of 75mm with a travel of 180mm and the taper is MT-5. It also has a micro feed feature for feed adjustments for high precision and can move left and right for 10mm distance. Taper turning attachment is also available as an optional accessory for doing taper operations. There is also 2 Axis DRO available as an optional accessory.

The standard accessories and features that come with the lathe machinery are are chuck safety guard, lead screw guard, foot brake, machine lamp, inbuilt cooling system, toolkit box and many more needed requirements.
