Zortrax Apoller is a smart post-processing device designed to smooth out the surfaces of models 3D printed in FFF, LPD, and FDM technologies. It performs vapor smoothing without the need for manual intervention, and in the safest way.

Zortrax Apoller works with ABS, ASA, and HIPS filaments, as well as materials based on these polymers. You can use the Apoller device for post-processing regardless of what brand of 3D printer you use. Apoller works with all FDM, FFF, and LPD machines that can print the above-mentioned filaments.

It works with our original Smart Vapor Smoothing (SVS) technology, which uses acetone or MEK vapors to remove visible layering from 3D printed models. The solvent deposited in the device will vaporize and circulate spiraling upwards to evenly cover the model as it reaches even the most inaccessible areas.

You can automate the post-processing of designer models or models with a very intricate structure to achieve results comparable to consumer products. There's no end to the number of applications Zortrax Apoller has, as it finally allows you to set aside your old mason jar and appreciate the practicality of smart vapor smoothing.
