While staying in LA for my Bette Midler rehearsals I had a chance to audition the Eventide H9 Max effects unit, and I found it incredibly diverse and compelling. The sounds seem limitless and the addition of the Mixing Link, which lets you use the effects for instruments AND vocals, opened up an entire new universe of possibilities for both instrumentalists and vocalists alike. Very impressive!
