Face mask:
Honey, finely blended oats, honey, bentonite clay & add little bits of water slowly when mixing. Honestly I kinda just eyeball all the ingredients lol.
Electrolyte drink:
I used home made elderberry syrup, a squeeze of lemon juice, a dash of pink Himalayan salt, 1:1 of coconut water & normal filtered water or you can use sparkling water if you’re feeling fancy. You can also do fresh squeezed orange juice and its super good!
