When three blind people get lost in a resort at the blind NFB convention!

This is a throwback video from an amazing experience I had back in June 2016 at the National Federation of the Blind convention in Orlando Florida!

This convention is held every summer, with thousands of blind individuals from all over the country. This was my first time to travel alone with my first Guide Dog Antonia without any family or friends and stay in a resort for a week alone. Oh my goodness, as you will see/hear in this absolutely hilarious video LOL, my friends I met there, we had a blast getting lost together! Donna had a guide dog, Rich was using a white cane, and I had my beautiful Guide Dog Antonia. We were trying to find our way to karaoke one night after leaving the restaurant in the hotel LOL. Everything else is explained in the video. Throughout the video you will see or hear many blind people with their white canes tapping on the tile, there were so many of us LOL. Honestly, even though this was challenging, we just made the best of our situation, and found blind joy for sure! Who says Blind can’t be entertaining and be fun! Wouldn’t you wanna join us? Haha
