Pointing Exercise 1:
Start sitting in a squeezed pike with pointed feet
(a) Point ankle only/gas pedals (8 fast, 4 slow)
(b) Ankle pointed, point & flex toes (8 fast, 4 slow)
(c) Point & flex both feet (16 fast, 4 slow)
(d) Flex, turn out, point, close parallel (4 sharp, 4 smooth)
(e) While turned out, Point & flex both feet (16 fast, 4 slow)
(f) Lift one leg, turn out and in X4, lower (other leg)
(g) Lift one leg, ankle circles X4 out, X4 in/other direction, lower( repat with other leg)
