You may have seen a previous story I worked on about Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
The genetic condition is rare, it predominantly affects young boys and will lead to reduced mobility and on average results in a life expectancy of less than 30 years old.
Families have been fighting for a medication called Givinostat to be made available to patients - it can help slow progression of Duchenne.
In the last few weeks the first boys across Scotland have begun to receive it. We spoke with Riley and Sam.
