Join Celina for a 1hr live practice of gentle Yoga and Qi Gong to soothe and strengthen the back, connect with the breath, and release tension. For your comfort a chair, and a couple of firm blankets, could come in handy for the mediation and relaxation. I hope you enjoy it, thanks for joining me!
Notes:
🐬A chair and firm blankets could come in handy, have them ready if you have them and don't worry if not!
🐬move in whatever way feels good for YOU
🐬if a pose/sequence isn't happening for today, forget about it! Focus on your breath in whatever position does feel good! You could even sit, stand, or lie down and visualize yourself doing the movements.
