Today we have a 7 Min upper body and abs workout! It's short, and targets multiple muscle groups at once to give you a short yet effective workout. I also included more 'easy' versions of the movements so you guys can adjust whenever needed. Trust me, you will feel the burn in the upper body and abs, especially the upper body. P.S I'm sorry that i look tired in this video, because i did piggyback rides the day before this and my arms were sore throughout the day. Hope you guys do better than I did!

Hari ini kita ada olahraga 7 menit untuk latih tubuh bagian atas dan perut alias abs. Workout ini singkat, padat dan efektif dan aku juga tambahkan versi 'gampang' di lebih banyak gerakan biar kalian bisa menyesuaikan sesuai kemampuan kalian. Percayalah, tidak semudah itu ferguso.
