Kyan's composition
JTV Video is proud to be involved in recording this work.
12-year old Kyan Pennell passed away on Monday 31 January in a tragic accident at his family's property near Gympie.
About 7 months ago Kyan started learning piano by watching YouTube tutorials, and had started to write a piece of music. Earlier this week Kyan's mother Amanda contacted QYO to see if we could perform an orchestrated version of it.
With the assistance of QYO composer in residence John Rotar who arranged the piece, and pianist Julia Zhu, QYS were honoured to perform Kyan's composition.
