This video covers the basics of linear regression including assumptions, hypothesis testing, how to understand overall models and coefficients, how to examine for outliers, and how to run categorical variables in regression. You will see demonstrations of both simultaneous and hierarchical regression.
These videos are part of a series for a flipped graduated statistics course. The videos are numbered to help you figure out what order to watch them in! All the materials are embedded in our package which can be installed using:

Click on the package name in your installed package list, then “user guides…”, and you can view these notes directly in RStudio. The tutorials will appear next your environment in a new tab, which can be used to practice your skills.
