Cast out in the middle of a storm, young Bombardiro is left behind by his own parents and plummets into the sea, where he's swallowed whole by a mysterious creature. Deep inside the belly of the beast, he meets Tripi Tropi—a cheerful survivor who quickly becomes his first real friend. The island they wash up on is full of strange threats and twisted villains, including the evil Bombombini Gussini, who captures Tripi. Determined not to lose the only person who's ever believed in him, Bombardiro crafts a powerful flying machine from the ruins of his past and sets off on a wild, high-stakes rescue. It's a story of loyalty, transformation, and discovering the hero inside when no one else sees it.
