Today I return to the King River for Trout opening and attempt to make the most of the opening day by being the first fisherman in the section of river I was located at.
The river was a little higher than normal due to quite a bit of rainfall the previous week which filled up Lake William hovel to the point of it coming over the spillway of the lake, this however didn't stop me from getting out and having a go of what I'm hoping will be a successful season of fishing.
